For more than 20 years, David Satisky has been a dedicated New York personal injury attorney, fighting for the rights of accident victims and their families. Known for his compassionate approach and relentless advocacy, he has built a strong reputation among both clients and legal peers for delivering results with integrity.
David focuses a significant portion of his practice on representing cyclists, pedestrians, motorcyclists, and other vulnerable roadway users—individuals who are often at greater risk of serious injury and unfair treatment after an accident. He is committed to holding negligent parties accountable and securing fair compensation for those harmed on New York City streets.
Before founding Satisky Law, David served as counsel at a nationally recognized law firm, where he handled complex cases involving serious personal injury, wrongful death, and product liability. Over the course of his career, he has successfully recovered millions of dollars in compensation for his clients.
David earned his Juris Doctor from the Shepard Broad Law Center at Nova Southeastern University and his Bachelor’s degree from the University of Maryland, College Park. He is licensed to practice law in New York State and is admitted to the U.S. District Courts for the Eastern and Southern Districts of New York.
